Bread·ing

The publication was initiated by the 1st year of the TXT department following a collective bread-baking evening session. Together, we learned how to use a bread oven and shared a meal with the bread we baked. Each of us then contributed individually by sharing a recipe, a story, a drawing related to bread.
Blood on bread is the text I wrote as my contribution.
The editing, designing, printing and binding was done collectively.
Blood on bread was exhibited at Framer Framed (Amsterdam) in October 2025 as part of the exhibition ‘Broodkunst in de Molenwijk’ curated by Tina Marcelle Lenz and Sterre Herstel.
